What I do

Design

I have trained in Photo Shop and in Microsoft Publishing. During highschool I worked as the designer and editor for our newspaper working with Microsoft Publisher.

Development

I have been trained in multiple languages such as: Html, Java Script, CSS, and PHP. Using these languages I have built fully responsive web pages. Such as the one you are seeing now

WordPress

I have been trained and learned to develope a fully function web page. During my certificate program I built different example pages using different widgets, plugins and themes.

A little about my journey

Where I have been

I grew up in Grand Junction, Co. most my life. Although, my parents moved around a lot we always seemed to land back in Grand Junction. As an adult I have spent time traveling from California to Massachusetts.

Where I am now

After settling down and starting a family of my own. I have come to call Utah home. I am happy to say that even though growing up a Colorado girl, Utah is one beautiful place to call home.

Where I am going

I plan to build a career for myself in web design and development. Looking at the many different directions that coding offers, is exciting and gives me hope to conquer a challenging educational career

Education

I achieved my High School Diploma with Vilas Online. Attended school at Butler Community College Completed my CNA program in the state of Utah. Completed Web Design & Development certificate program at Salt Lake Community College.

Skills

I am skilled in customer relations.Having spent many years working in the service industry, I take pride in being honest, dependable and making sure that people are happy.I have worked with Microsoft programs such as: Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher.

Experience

I have worked in the service industry my whole life. From building house, serving tables, selling snowboards and provide healthcare. I truly take pride in giving exceptional customer service.
